為配合教育局向全港中學推動STEM教育的策略，高峰進修學院(PEAK)成立了STEM專案組，結合多位資深科技老師和業界精英，研製出一系列的科技產品和課程，協助老師有效地引發學生對STEM教育的興趣
高峰進修學院(PEAK)是VTC機構成員，擁有超過二十五年提供專業培訓和企業人力發展經驗。PEAK不斷為在職人士設計培訓產品和服務藉以提升員工的專業知識和技能。
教育平台是PEAK提供專業發展服務的重要領域之一。 因此，PEAK一直積極參與為教師提供專業發展課程，為學校開發教學課程和教材資源套，並在教育項目中發揮領導作用。 在科技教育方面，已有數千位教師報讀PEAK為教育局的教師專業發展計劃提供的50多個不同種類課程。 整體來說，教師在入學率和課程質量評估方面都有極佳的表現。
教育局亦委託PEAK為NSS設計及應用技術課程及NSS技術與生活（TL）課程及ICT數據庫及系統發展專題領域的時裝，服裝及紡織品行業開發學習及教學資源套等。
